By ordering from Simply Treats, you agree to the following terms. We aim for transparency and the best baking experience possible.
Order Confirmation
All orders placed through our website are considered requests. Your order is only officially confirmed once we have contacted you via WhatsApp, confirmed availability for your requested date, and provided a payment link.
We reserve the right to decline any order due to capacity constraints or other unforeseen circumstances.
Payment Policy
Payment must be made in full via the secure payment link provided on WhatsApp. Orders are only placed into our baking schedule once payment has been received and confirmed.
Allergens
Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and eggs. While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free of allergens.
Handmade Nature
Because all our treats are handcrafted and baked fresh, there may be slight variations in appearance and size compared to the images shown on our website. This is the hallmark of artisanal, small-batch baking.
Delivery & Collection
Delivery logistics will be finalized during our WhatsApp conversation. Simply Treats is not responsible for any delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. Since our products are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled time.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 12 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue.
